As we are also a physical shop, there may be times when we do not have the required stock to fulfil your order. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you the choice of a full refund, an alternative product of equal value, or where possible, the item will be ordered in for you.

Ordering and payments

Once you have selected your goods, you will proceed to the checkout from where you will be asked to checkout as a guest or to register in order to pass through checkout more quickly on future occasions. We ask for your details at this stage so that we can notify you as soon as possible if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, or part order or process your payment. We will never give your details to any other party. The payment process is entirely secure. Because we use Paypal for payments, we cannot view your Credit/Debit Card Information. Please note you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.

Upon making the payment using Paypal you will receive confirmation by email upon placement of your order and your goods will be dispatched shortly afterwards. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of the order being placed.

Returns & Refunds

Our aim is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason please let us know via email:

Our general return and refund guidelines are as follows:

  • You can return a purchase for up to 14 days for a refund of your items. Refunds for postage are at our discretion. All items must be in their original state.
  • Please retain your proof of postage as this lists your Track and Trace reference.
  • On satisfactory return of the goods, we will aim to process a refund of the purchase price including postage, within 5 working days. NOTE – if the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • If you believe your order has gone missing you must contact us as soon as possible. Royal Mail does not consider an order to be missing until the time has exceeded the due date plus 10 working days.
  • Royal Mail has set a limit of 80 days of the posting date to file a lost order claim. We will not be able to offer a refund for a missing order if you contact us after this tine,Β 

Product Description and Prices

We have taken every care to ensure that the description, prices and dimensions of products available on this website are correct. We have also endeavoured to accurately reproduce as best as we can the colour of the products in our images however please be aware that most computer monitors will vary in their reproduction of colour .
