Where Do You Deliver

We are only delivering to the UK at the present time. We use Royal Mail and DPD for delivery.

How Much Do You Charge For Delivery To The UK

For orders under £30 there is a delivery charge of £3.50 no matter how many items you order. 

The majority of orders are sent via the Royal Mail RM48 service. This service does not provide tracking but there is delivery confirmation provided. 

Where, we think it is best, we will use DPD to ship an order. This is a fully tracked service. 

For orders over £30 delivery is FREE.

NOTE – We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm on the same day. Where this is not possible, we will dispatch as soon as we can. 95% of deliveries sent 2nd class arrive within 3 working days (excluding the day of dispatch) but this is not guaranteed.

We follow Royal Mail guidelines on all late/missing deliveries. The guideline states that an order will only be considered to be missing if the Royal Mail has not  delivered it at the place to which it is addressed by the end of the tenth working day after its due date of delivery. Effectively this means that we cannot consider an order to be late/missing until after 13 working days of the date of dispatch. 

Sewing Machines & Overlockers

Delivery is free on sewing machines and overlockers to most parts of the UK mainland.

Customers in the UK Islands, Northern Ireland and some Scottish counties should contact us first before ordering to check on our ability to deliver and if any extra delivery charges may apply.

Delivery should be within 7-10 days but this is not guaranteed, If we believe that there may be a delay in delivery we will contact you.

Delivery Disclaimer

All Delivery Aims are estimates supplied by carriers. They do not guarantee your goods will arrive in this time period and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

We reserve the right to send your order on a tracked and/or signed for service regardless of the delivery option you have chosen should we feel this is necessary.

We reserve the right to send your order in multiple parcels, should we not be able to send your order in one parcel due to restrictions on weight and parcel size.

Order Cancellation

We aim to honour orders placed on our site but please note that we only accept an order once the goods have been paid for by the customer. The processing of a payment and acknowledgement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract.

We further reserve the right to cancel an order if we believe any offers/discounts are being abused.
