Media

More Sewing is a WordPress website. When you place an order with us we receive your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address. We DO NOT store any payment details. This information allows us to process your order, ship it out to you, and get in touch with you should there be any problems.
Royal Mail OBA (Online Business Account)
The majority of our online shop orders are sent out via Royal Mail. In order to print the shipping label, Royal Mail stores your name and shipping address. Having this information in Royal Mail allows us to see when your order was dispatched, and also allows us to track your order.
DPD
Some of our online shop orders are sent out via DPD. In order to print the shipping label, DPD stores your name and shipping address. Having this information in DPD allows us to see when your order was dispatched, and also allows us to track your order.
Sendinblue
Sendinblue is a marketing automation platform, and we use it to send out our marketing emails. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your name, address and email address (depending on what you share with us) on Sendinblue.
Paypal
We use Paypal as our ecommerce payment provider. When you place an order with us we receive your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address via Paypal. We DO NOT store any payment details.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
