Why Should You Bring Your Machine To More Sewing?
Mr More Sewing has many years of experience of servicing and repairing all makes of domestic sewing machines and overlockers. The last time he looked – he had worked on well over 2000 machines of all makes and ages. It is quite unusual now for him to see a machine he has not seen, and worked on, before.
When you bring your machine to us – the work is carried out in-house. We do not send machines away to third parties.
Your sewing machine will be cleaned and oiled; with tension and timing checks carried out – issues with either of these will be fixed and a test swatch will be produced to demonstrate the quality of the stitch.
Blown/broken bulbs and damaged bobbin cases will be replaced as part of the service (with a nominal charge for parts) unless you request otherwise. A new needle and quality thread will be used for the stitch test.
Where we see issues with threads, bobbins, needles etc. we will be happy to advise you to ensure that you are able to sew properly.
