Silk Plain Weave Tailoring/Crafting Fabric. Multi-coloured woven silk fabric in pale beige/natural with slubby weft yarns in multiple colours with some hints of metallic fibres. Plain weave (soft and looser weave but stable) Approximately 16 weft yarns per 2.5cm. bigger slubs and shots of colour or bars of colour is a natural feature of this fabric and is not considered a fault.

If you love natural fabrics with a handcrafted feel, this gorgeous fabric is for you.

Usage – Perfect for tailoring, dresses, waistcoats, Chanel type tweed look. Or light soft furnishing.

Care – Dry clean only or pre-wash for shrinkage, depending on end use.

This fabric is sold by the half metre. An order of 2 will give 1 metre, 3 will give 1.5 metres and so on. Multiple orders will be cut as one length.
